ABOUT US The Indochinese Cultural and Service Center (ICSC) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation of Washington State. ICSC’s mission is to improve the quality of life of Southeast Asian communities. It was begun in 1982 as a Mutual Assistance Association (MAA) to serve the Southeast Asian populations in Pierce County. OUR MISSION ICSC serves Pierce County’s Indo-Chinese (Southeast Asian) community to:
(6) Preserve and celebrate the cultural heritage of our communities.
ICSC has been providing services to the ethnic communities that consist of
Cambodian, Vietnamese and Laotian for over 25 years. |
